1. Bidding will begin at 5:00 p.m. and end at 6:30 p.m.

 

2. Minimum bids must equal at least 25 percent of the item’s fair market value (or risk disqualification).

3. Bidding increments will be listed on the bid sheet for each item, depending upon its fair market value.

 

4. All bids and sales are final. Winning bids must be paid using Venmo, PayPal or Cash App.

 

5. Bidders agree to pay in full at the end of the auction. 

 

6. Limits may apply, including black-out dates for restaurant gift certificates, hotel stays, etc.

 

7. All bidders must be at least 18 years old. 

 

8. Bidder assumes any and all risks or hazards associated with items they win.

 

9. Items may change or be withdrawn without notice. 

 

10. Winners will be determined at the end of the auction. 

 

11. Items are sold as-is. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully inspect an item for any damage or other discrepancy before bidding on it.
