Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and has a deep passion for enriching the lives of individuals with special needs. His extensive experience includes working at Bon Air Correctional Center, Chesterfield County Juvenile Detention Home, Crater Juvenile Detention Home, Kids in Focus, LifeTouch, and Yes Behavioral Health.

With eight years of service at the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office, Kevin achieved the rank of Master Deputy before transitioning to full-time residential sponsorship. As a dedicated residential sponsor, he is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with special needs, while also mentoring and enriching the lives of two young men. His unwavering dedication continues to drive Step N Up’s mission of creating inclusive, meaningful experiences for all.
