Step N Up volunteers help create welcoming, inclusive experiences for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Whether you’re greeting participants, helping with activities, serving refreshments, or assisting with setup and cleanup, your time helps make every event a success. No special experience is required—just a positive attitude and a passion for serving others.

Be the first friendly face our guest see!

Check-In volunteers welcome guests, assist with entry, distribute wristbands, and help everyone start their Step N Up experience feeling welcomed and ready to have fun.

SECURITY TEAM

Help keep the fun safe and welcoming!

Security volunteers help maintain a safe environment by monitoring designated areas, assisting with entrances and exits, and staying alert throughout the event.

FOOD SERVICE TEAM

Serve up great food and great vibes!

Food volunteers help serve meals and refreshments while keeping the food area clean, organized, sanitary, and welcoming for our guests.

Help make every winner feel celebrated!

Prize Station volunteers organize and distribute prizes according to wristband numbers, keep the prize area organized, and help make the experience exciting and fair for everyone.
